Service Delivery Manager til Business solution & Software enhed

Solteq Danmark søger til vores kontor i København, en person der kan styrke koordinationen mellem vores leveranceprocesser og vores serviceaftaler.

Historisk har vores software været styret under en Product Owner med ansvar for udviklingscyklussen og en supportafdeling med ansvar for udrulning og drift.

Med dette stillingsopslag søger vi en person der kan forene ansvaret for vores leverancer fra udvikling til idriftsættelse. Dette i nært samarbejde med en deltidsansat med domænekendskab, der i dag fungerer som implementeringskonsulent.

Opgaverne er mange og varierende men vil være centreret omkring det, at sikre at al udvikling og alle services er specificeret, udviklet og leveret ift. kundens behov.

Den perfekte kandidat til stillingen har: 

  • En lang eller mellemlang uddannelse
  • Erfaring fra den kommunale eller statslige sektor. Enten som ansat eller som leverandør.
  • Erfaring i en SDM eller PO rolle
  • Erfaring med journalsystemer
  • Kendskab til software udviklingsværktøjer som Jira.

Vi flytter til nye lækre lokaler på Havneholmen i Københavns havn i januar 2020 og tilbyder udover konkurrencedygtig løn og pension, frokostordning, samt fri telefon/internet.
