With this team, we continuously make the everyday working life of Solteqians a little better. Work includes processes, routines and shared methods, but we do not want to get stuck in the mindset of “this is how things have always been done”.
Our aim is to help Solteqians work intelligently and to make everyone’s work run as smoothly as possible. In our everyday working life, we get to be part of interesting development projects and the twists and turns faced by a company that is growing internationally.
Our management team is responsible for personnel matters, the development of company culture, accounting, office services, legal matters, procurement, marketing and communications, developing our working methods as well as for our IT systems. This means we are a group of people with various backgrounds and competencies who work to make everyday working life run more smoothly. The work includes making extensive plans as well as straightening out small practical details.
The various competencies form their own close-knit teams, such as the accounting team or the marketing team, and teams will often also cooperate with each other. Working together is important, but everyone has their own areas of responsibility—we offer both responsibility and freedom. Of course, we also cooperate a lot with all of the over 550 Solteqians as well as with our other important partners. This is definitely a service job, which means that good communication skills are a must!
We all have a constructive approach to work, we are willing to help a friend in need and we enjoy being productive—these three qualities form a rather good trio. When you add a positive attitude to the picture, the pieces that make up a pleasant everyday working life will start to fall into place.
